A RARE CASE OF ISOLATED CELIAC ARTERY DISSECTION DIAGNOSED IN THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

Introduction: Spontaneous isolated visceral artery dissection is an uncommon event with unpredictable natural history and may lead to aneurysmal formation, rupture or arterial occlusion. Pre-disposing factors are not specific. With the development of new imaging modalities, can be diagnosed at early stage treated medically surgically. Case Report: We report a case previously healthy male patient who presented emergency department complain tearing kind back pain radiating right side abdomen for last 2 hours. The was examined celiac dissection. Conservative management done improved symptomatic relief. Discussion: Celiac in adults asymptomatic until insidious injury occurs will typically present rare complains. If involves branch hepatic artery, it cause liver ischemia leading higher mortality. Conclusion: This demonstrates importance considering advanced as useful diagnostic tool immediate improve outcome patient.
